We have had a couple of excellent people joining us because they saw one of our "Signature" logos, on other forums, so these do work, and it does get folk interested when they see another forums name, that they maybe didn't know was out there.
We have cleared the way for these Signature logos on a couple of Uk forums, namely AAEC and UK Vapers, who have no issues at all with us showing this forums link in our signatures on any posts we do on their excellent forums.
It is simple to do as Ian made this tutorial for me , as i was struggling with getting it done. Its this easy:-
Scroll down this post to see the available colours and the codes for the available colours.
What you do is choose what colour banner you want to use, and copy the code in the box below for the banner you want and then paste that code into the boxes on one of the forums given below.
This is how you do this in AAEC , you will need to click first on Profile and then click the Edit Profile Button, then click the tab Personal, and in the box near the bottom called Signature, paste this code in that box and then click Save Personal Settings.
For UKVapers click onto User CP on the right of the top menu bar of the forum then click on Change Signature, then post this code into the box and then click the Update Signature button, using the same code that you would use on AAEC above.
