Got the Savour this morning and used it all day. Quickest way to sum it up is would I buy another? YES. Easy build, no leaking even if filling with the airflow wide open & it looks pretty good on my little Pico. Will play around with the different posts for airflow but at the moment I am using the large one with the ring turned down to around ½ to 1 hole open. I think the resistance of the airflow ring is perfect, not hard to move but once set it doesn't move when in a pocket. Flavour is great. Built with my usual 1.8Ω spaced coil at 10w, wicking well with a 50/50 mix, no dry hits or leaking. Now I have to find something wrong so I don’t look like a fanboy so for the hell of it the drip tip is a little lose for my liking. Nothing to do with the tank but. I want my liquid – the packaging says CONTAINS NICOTINE which is a highly addictive substance - but it doesn't so like a lot of vape stuff its blatant false advertising, it will only contain nicotine if I put it in myself, its like labelling a new toaster with contains bread and could cause medical problems to people with wheat intolerance. One thing I would like in the future is different coloured end caps for the drip tip, most of my liquids are clear so I use a tip with a colour that suits the flavour, brown for coffee, green for herb & so on, in a grab & go situation it stops me topping a tank up with something different than what's already in it. To sum up I will go back to the start “would I buy another? YES” that says it all really. Happy bunny signing off

Hunny Bunny? Excellent write up of Savour Cyborg I still haven't got one of these but I yet to see or hear a negative review of it so just might go and treat myself to one soon.

Thanks for that Cyborg your first thoughts and everything I've heard so far about the savour have been very positive it's on my toget list but I have a Skyline coming first hopefully next week.

You wont be disappointed possum don’t see how you could be. have been a Kayfan for years but I still complain that they should use screws with bigger heads to trap the coil wire, it would make building one so much easier. The Savour couldn’t be easier to build. I run my Prime with the extension & a stainless steel tank in TC mode on an Aegis for a bomb proof setup (that much glass is easily broken) so a direct comparison to the Savour is not possible, after playing around I can get the same airflow on both but without rebuilding the two I cant give a fair flavour comparison but I honestly think in a blind test it would be difficult to pick an out-write winner. I know I sound like a fanboy but that's my honest opinion, if they bring out an extension kit with a choice of glass or SS & different coloured ends for the drip tip I may well become a convert after years with Svoemesto.

Update. Tested out the post with the small air hole, it effectually makes the airflow ring redundant as it governs the maximum flow regardless of how many holes are open on the ring, works great but due to this I am changing back to the large one next build so I can play around with the airflow.
I popped in my local vape shop yesterday and a new guy was behind the counter, the first thing he said to me was hi is that a Savour you are using, this surprised me but apparently he is a friend of our V1C, didn't get his surname bit they call him Damon.

I'm the same Cyborg I use the larger post and tighten or open the airflow to suit what tickles my fancy at the time. Glad your getting on with it, tis a wee cracker IMO.

What resistance coil are you using feeson ? I like the way Rip says you will save on juice because he is only using 27.5w with a 0.25Ω coil, he would save a lot more with a sensible MTL build.

LOL Yes Mr Tripper and I have a verrrrrry different idea of what "only" and what a high resistance coil is Cyborg I'm at 1.48 ohm on this build if my meter is to be trusted 7 wraps of 0.3mm with a 2.5mm diameter and depending on the airflow I fancy at the time I'm between 9.5 and 11 Watt.

Nothing to do with the Savour but. A lot of people must be missing out on a decent vape these days because most reviewers build everything sub even a lot of pod systems come with sub coils. I am old school & build everything at 1.8Ω at around 10w, I don't get the sub thing at all although I do try it now and then to see if I am missing out on something but all it gets me is a flat battery disappearing liquid and complaint over the cloud but no improvement in flavour, I vape for flavour not the nic hit these days so I can only assume that's what people get out of it. I notice when in the vape shop when people buy coils (men especially) they ask what power it can run at and go for the highest, its as if they are brainwashed to think power is everything. Clouds of vapour must be the worst thing ever for getting vaping accepted by the general public, lots of establishments in my area have now banned vaping when it was once OK simply because of the clouds. My assumption is that the industry started to push everything sub so they sell more liquid, battery's / devices and coils to increase proffit. Rant over, awaiting to be told how wrong I am.

I don't think that you are wrong at all mate... Different people like different things, but whenever we see a picture of a vaper actually vaping nowadays all we seem to get is an image of him or her blowing the biggest clouds he or she can...its as if its a status symbol now to have the highest wattage and lowest ohm coils for Cloud Bro...
Its simple really isn't it.. use less juice and produce less vapor, by simply building a higher ohm coil, and if you need massive clouds to get the nic fix, then use higher nic liquid.. Most people would not give a toss if we are vaping or not, but if vapers were to stop blowing huge clouds everywhere, they would not be so anti vaping.
Lots of pubs round here allowed vaping, as the few folk that did were respectful of other customers, and used low power and higher nic, to not cover everyone with their exhaled vapor...but when the clouds folk found out the pubs were vape friendly, it started... Non regular vapers going to them and blowing massive clouds, so much that at times it looked like it was foggy inside... so what happened?.. The pubs started banning vapers as their long term customers were complaining, and voting with their feet... Now there are hardly any local pubs that allow vaping in them ...bloody shame that a few fecking morons spoil it for everyone else.

Totally agree with both of you. I try sub ohm from time to time but I just dont get it. I get far better flavour and just as good clouds (if I want) above 1 ohm. If I'm out with my mates that vape I keep thinking they may as well just keep the juice on a pump into their tank the rate they go through it and they dont understand why my juice and batteries lasts so long compared to theirs despite me telling them why.
The whole "clouds bro" thing piszes me off. Do what you want in your own space but have a thought for others, tw*ts at bus stops is my biggest meh at the moment. Thats not to say I dont sometimes chuck clouds, I do, but thats sitting in my garden of an evening having a beer, a vape and a chill. But honestly I do think some folk are just idiots. They are the ones who blow a huge cloud as they step over the threshold of a vape shop or walk into a vape expo, "look at me! I blow huge clouds, I'm a man" yeah with a small brain and tiny pecker.
I dont blame the pubs banning it if thats how some vapers treat other people and staff TBH

Cyborg, taff and feeson I couldn't agree with ye more and ye saved me quite a bit of typing as ye said it all. I am lucky enough to have a very nice local which is vape friendly within walking distance. There are only a handful or so of us that vape but we do so discreetly higher ohms and nic lower emissions. One night we arrived to find a completely fogged area at the end of the lounge, a few weekend cloudbro gobsh*tes were "having it large". They were asked to vape outside or leave and we had a job persuading the owner not to ban vapeing in the pub. Thank God common sense prevailed and we're still free to vape. But these folks are not doing us any favours

I mostly go for a long smooth draw RLH, probably about 6-7 seconds per as I used to do with my cigars and the higher ohms just hits the mark for me doing it that way.

Nice one...
