Hi I got a mini last Saturday and am quite pleased with it. There are just a couple of points I should mention. 1-- it produces a warm to hot vape depending on your settings and 2 -- when the attie is screwed on your mod it's difficult to change the air flow. I overcame this problem by making a washer which clears the adjusting ring when the attie is screw on the mod. See photo.

I agree with you, it's the short chimney that's causing the problem, but with an old Kayfun drip tip fitted it's an improvement.

Got one on the way to me from FT.. £20.60 delivered UK post.. I need to wait to put some cash in the bank monday but defo getting 1 of these just to see what the hype is all about. I agree with you, it's the short chimney that's causing the problem, but with an old Kayfun drip tip fitted it's an improvement. Shame you cant buy a long chimney separately. I did look but they only had a PEI chimney Im pretty sure you could pick up a similar sized tank for a long set up in 22mm amongst the various misc bits on ft.

I changed my first one from the 2ml tank to the 4, but to be honest at the rate i go through juice on those, a 2ml tank is fine.. its not as if its hard to fill either...

Thanks for that phtumshk and suzukiv6 I knew those old KF drip tips would have a use someday. I still use mine as a dodgy atempt to counteract a too airy/dtl atty.

What power are you vaping that at suzukiv6 for it to get too hot mate? Hi taff, I'm running it with a 1.8 Ohm coil with 12mg Tobacco liquid at 8.5 watts which produces a warm vape, Anything above 8.5 is getting too warm for me. At 12 watts its running hot. At 8.5watts I'm finding it produces a very good flavour with plenty of vapour produced but a little warmer than I'm used too say with a Kayfun.

Its when you get your old lady on all 4s then get behin. . . . . . . . . . Oh sh*t wrong forum. Er hem, Any way its only the cheapest most underrated MTL tank on FT. Theyve got the SXK versions but I just bought the cheapest to try out and it was pretty awesome. I used to stick it on my ego-one battery for out and about. Easy to build/wick and no leaks/condensation ever. FT_link

Found this on-line:-
Just note there is an important difference between the two available clones at FT (or elsewhere). This SXK has a 1,6mm center air hole, while the SJMY has a 2,3mm one. SXK is much more suitable for real MTL. The SJMY is almost restricted D2L.

It's a shame that the doggy was designed to take only a plastic tank otherwise it's not a bad tank.

It's very similar to a kayfun with a tiny tank ...I would imagine the vape to be very similar

Think that there are the non cracking tanks available for this as well mate I understood that you could only get plastic tanks for this rta and plastic to me means a crackable tank to me, unless someone has found a way to put a glass tank on this rta that is.
